Answer a short set of health and smoking history questions. The form takes 3 to 5 minutes. Both new and returning patients can complete it from any device.
Your answers help our practitioner understand your smoking history and health background, and determine what is clinically appropriate for you.
If your answers point to a lower nicotine strength, no practitioner assessment is required and your assessment is free. Otherwise a flat $45 covers your assessment and prescription, processed securely via Stripe.
There are no hidden costs. If your prescription cannot be issued for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund.
An AHPRA-registered practitioner reviews your answers. Most assessments are reviewed by a practitioner within 90 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm AEST), and we’ll notify you as soon as your prescription outcome is ready. Submissions outside these hours are reviewed first thing the next business day.

If suitable, your outcome is sent to your chosen local pharmacy for collection, or delivered directly to your door via our pharmacy partner.

Your prescription is valid for 6 months. We will send you a reminder at the 5-month mark so you can renew before it expires.
Yes. You select your preferred pharmacy during the assessment. Your prescription is sent directly to that pharmacy so you can collect in person.
