One flat fee covers your health assessment and prescription. No hidden costs, no surprise charges. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
If your prescription cannot be issued for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund.
An AHPRA-registered practitioner reviews your answers. Most assessments are reviewed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm), and we’ll notify you as soon as your prescription outcome is ready. Submissions outside these hours are reviewed the next business day.

Yes. You select your preferred pharmacy during the assessment. Your prescription is sent directly to that pharmacy so you can collect in person.
